By downloading or using isochrony, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
License
isochrony is licensed, not sold. Your license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different agreement is presented through the App Store.
Permitted use
You may use isochrony on Apple-branded devices you own or control as permitted by Apple’s usage rules. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to distribute or commercially exploit it except where applicable law expressly permits.
Musical and practice tool
isochrony is a general-purpose timing and music-practice tool. It is not designed for medical, emergency, industrial, or other safety-critical timing. Tempo detection is an estimate and may vary with audio conditions.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or discontinue features. Device capabilities, watchOS or iOS versions, microphone access, and haptic behavior may affect availability or performance.
No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” Statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phoenix Strategies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law.
