The isochrony app does not collect, store, sell, or transmit personal data. It has no accounts, analytics, advertising, or tracking.
About this policy
This policy describes how Phoenix Strategies LLC handles information in the isochrony app for iPhone and Apple Watch.
App data
We do not receive data from the isochrony app. Preferences, saved tempos, favorites, and playlists are stored locally on your devices. Apple may include local app data in a device backup according to your Apple and iCloud settings; Phoenix Strategies does not receive or control those backups.
Microphone and tempo listening
The Apple Watch app requests microphone access only when you start tempo listening. Audio is analyzed in real time on the Watch to estimate BPM. Audio is not recorded, retained, uploaded, or shared.
iPhone and Apple Watch communication
Settings can move between your paired iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple’s Watch Connectivity framework. This is device-to-device communication and is not sent to Phoenix Strategies servers.
Third-party services
The app does not include third-party advertising, analytics, attribution, or tracking SDKs. It does not require an internet connection for metronome functionality.
Support communications
If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to provide so we can respond. We use it only to handle that communication and retain it only as reasonably necessary for support and business records.
Children’s privacy
Because the app collects no personal data, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date.
